Enjoy a unique intensive 3 hour per week program
A dedicated personal coach will spend 3 hours per week during 8 weeks around breakfast, lunch or dinner giving one-on-one training in light exercise, buying organic food, cooking 15 min. nutritious meals and teaching the basics of metabolism.
The reason this program works so well is that it combines exercise planning with enjoying to cook healthy meals and knowing which foods have the most detrimental effects on human health. Instead of eating less unhealthy processed food, we advice to eat adequate amounts of high quality organic food.
We have a beautiful loft in The Hague, but trainings at home are an option as well. We provide trainings in Dutch, English and Spanish.
Program
We offer individual 3 hour sessions, 4 week program, 8 week program or an in-house 2 day intensive bootcamp in our loft. We advice an 8 week program with weekly sessions of 3 hours around breakfast, lunch or dinner. In our experience 8 weeks is an ideal period to get used to the change in lifestyle and make it part of everyday life.

Basics of Metabolism
Exercises are focused on maintaining body flexibility, avoiding injuries in lower back, neck and shoulders. Maintaining minimum required muscle mass for energy and immune system.
A walk or bike ride is an option as well.
The highest quality organic nutrition is essential for maintaining a healthy body and mind. Learning how to prepare healthy meals quickly is key to incoporate a healthy lifestyle into a busy working schedule.
Processed foods are devoid of nutrients and contain preservatives, added sugars and other unnatural substances that distort human metabolism. Learning about the most detrimental substances and using only natural organic products will support a healthy body that can thrive.
